The hotel offers amazing rooms with a beautiful and modern design, stunning views, and super friendly staff. I would gladly stay here anytime. The service is exceptional, especially Alan went above and beyond to assist us from arrival to departure. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring South Florida or enjoying the lively districts nearby. Although the dining options were good, some items were a bit pricey. Overall, the stay was fantastic with great facilities and excellent value for money.
The hotel offers clean and wonderful rooms with large balconies and close proximity to a bar open until 4 am. The service was helpful, friendly, and always available. The location boasts three pools, warm and cold weather baths, and is ideal for downtown Miami. Dining was pricey but tasty with traditional Marche products. Overall, a brilliant location with modern decor and spacious balconies.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, but the noise from the pool construction directly above was quite bothersome. The funky decor typical of SLS properties added a unique touch to the room.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and brand new, and the bathroom was lovely. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. On the downside, housekeeping service was not available, but the staff was quick to address the issue and waived the resort fee from my bill. The location was superb, with three pools to enjoy and convenient access to Brickell Village. However, there were some disturbances from construction noise starting early in the morning.
